Tristan maintains a practice of bodywork, yoga, and somatics education, Postural Therapies in Minneapolis, MN. His primary method of working, Rolfing® Structural Integration, more commonly referred to simply as Rolfing, is a form of hands-on therapy and movement education named after its founder, Dr. Ida P. Rolf. Rolfing works to organize a person in relation to gravity, easing tension and balancing posture.
He is excited to work with clients who are curious about themselves, excited about healing and change, and interested in gaining flexibility, resiliency, ease, and comfort. Working with clients one-on-one or in small groups, he promotes an attention towards awareness and sensation.
Tristan currently shares a collaborative office space with MendMN, which focuses on Somatic Experiencing and Trauma-Recovery Therapy. More info can be found about Postural Therapies here.
